This Easter Candy Bark is the Perfect Mommy & Me Recipe

I’m so excited the next big holiday is Easter! I love the springtime colors, flavors, and fun-themed candy that all inspire me to make fun Easter treats with my kids.

This easy Easter Candy Bark is full of those springtime colors and flavors. It’s a simple treat everyone can help make — the more hands, the merrier!

All you need to make this Easter Candy bark is creativity and some serious candy. My girls chose pastel chocolate candies, egg-shaped candies, and chocolate-caramel candies to put in our candy bark. Sometimes I add sprinkles, too, but the colors from the candy were beautiful enough.

Try this! Mix your melted white chocolate with some pink or green food coloring, then add jelly beans and other chewy candies.

Springtime Easter Candy Bark Recipe


  • Almond bark
  • Variety of Easter chocolate candies
  • Sprinkles (optional)

1. Melt the almond bark according to the directions on the package. Be sure not to overheat as it can clump!

2. Pour the melted chocolate onto a lined cookie sheet. Use a spatula or knife to spread it out.

3. Before the chocolate cools, add your Easter candy. I wanted all springtime colors, but my kids love caramel candies, so I added a variety of chocolates and pastel-colored candies.

4. Freeze for about 30 minutes to cool quickly, or leave it out for 3-4 hours to harden completely.

5. Once the candy bark is hard, peel it off of the non-stick paper or mat and break off big pieces. If you freeze it like I do, you can lift it and drop it to break it naturally. This is the kids favorite way to do it!
